Ingredients

  1. 200 gmschanal dal
  2. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  3. 1 tbsp.Red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tsp.Chaat masala
  5. Pinchcitric acid
  6. 1/2 tspblack salt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. to taste Salt
  9. as required Oil for fry
  10. For puri
  11. 1 cupwheat flour
  12. 1/4 cupmaida
  13. 1/4 cuprava
  14. 2 tbsp.Oil
  15. As neededSalt to taste
  16. Oil for fry
  17. For bhel
  18. 1onion 1tomato
  19. 1/2 pc.Raw mango
  20. 1 tsp.Lemon juice
  21. 1/4 tsp.Black salt
  22. 2green chilli
  23. 1onion
  24. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  25. 1/2 tsp.Chaat masala salt black salt mix ture
  26. 1 tbspsev

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak chanadal adding baking soda for 5-6hrs. N strain. Take on a napkin n spread to dry. For 1/2hr. And fry in a mid. Flame. Take out in a plate.
    Now make a mixture of masala and spread in a dal when it hot.crush citric acid on a palm and sprinkle Mix properly. And allow it to cool.

    Now knead a tight dough for puri leave it for 15-20min. Roll thick puri make impression with pointed knife or fork. And fry on a slow flame.

    Cut all veggies in to small pieces.Now take a fried chana dal in a bowl. Mix all chopped veggies sprinkle chaat masala salt black salt mixture. Lastly Lemon juice and sev. Mix properly.Bhel is ready.

    Serve in a glass with puri. Tasty delicious Chana dal bhel is ready to serve.
