Wash and soak chanadal adding baking soda for 5-6hrs. N strain. Take on a napkin n spread to dry. For 1/2hr. And fry in a mid. Flame. Take out in a plate.
Now make a mixture of masala and spread in a dal when it hot.crush citric acid on a palm and sprinkle Mix properly. And allow it to cool. - 2
Now knead a tight dough for puri leave it for 15-20min. Roll thick puri make impression with pointed knife or fork. And fry on a slow flame.

Cut all veggies in to small pieces.Now take a fried chana dal in a bowl. Mix all chopped veggies sprinkle chaat masala salt black salt mixture. Lastly Lemon juice and sev. Mix properly.Bhel is ready.

Serve in a glass with puri. Tasty delicious Chana dal bhel is ready to serve.
