  • Blended redpepper, tomato, onions & scotchbonnets
  • 1/2leda of Macaroni
  • Fried fish
  • Sliced carrots, onion & greenbeans
  • 3Seasoning cube, 1/2tspn of salt, curry & mixed spices
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the blended pulp, add the oil, spices & veggies, fry, cut the fried fish into small pieces & add, add the hot water & add up the macaroni.
