250 gramsStrong bread flour
15 gramsButter
18 gramsSugar
8 gramsSkim milk powder
3 gramsSalt
90 mlWater
90 mlMilk
3 gramsDry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the bread maker! If you have a dry yeast case, use that.

Bake on the standard white bread course.
