  1. 1 cantuna (138 grams drained)
  2. 1Roma tomato
  3. 2 tbspred onion, finely chopped
  4. 1serrano pepper
  5. 1small handful cilantro, sliced
  6. 1seedless lime, juiced
  7. Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  8. Black pepper, to taste
  9. Salt, to taste (I didn't use any)
  10. Extra virgin olive oil, to taste

  12. Avocado, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the seeds from the tomato and chop finely. Set aside in a bowl.

    Remove the veins and seeds from the pepper, chop finely, and add to the bowl along with the chopped onion.

    Add the sliced cilantro and mix.

    Add the well-drained tuna and mix until well shredded and combined.
