3 servings
  • 1 lblean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 6 eachtostada shells
  • 1/2 cuprefied beans
  • 3 cupshredded lettuce
  • 1tomato diced
  • 1/4onion diced
  • 1/2 cantable cream or sour cream
  • 1 cupqueso fresco crumbled
  • 1diced avocado

Steps

  1. 1

    cook ground beef to your liking and heat up refried beans

  2. 2

    spread a thin layer of beans on each shell

  3. 3

    add cooked ground beef on to beans

  4. 4

    top with lettuce, tomato. onion, avocado, cream, and queso
