  1. 1 cupBlack eye BEAN boiled
  2. 1/2 cupWater as required
  3. 1small Onion
  4. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chaat masala to taste
  7. 1 teaspoonGaram masala to taste
  8. Cilantro leaves as required

  1. 1

    Add boiled black eye BEAN in a bowl, add all ingredients Stirr them.
    Let it cook on medium flame 2,3 minutes

    Basic Masala for Pakistani curries

    Add water and cover with lid. And let it cook 10 minutes.

    Uncover and stir constantly, until reduce the exceed water,
    Transfer in serving bowl and garnish with chat masala, you can pour lemon juice as well
