Wash the okra well and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Slit the okra vertically, de-seed it & cut into thin long strips. Spread it on a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture. For the marinade take a bowl and add the above-mentioned dry ingredients. Add the slit okra & give a thorough mix. Moisture in the okra is sufficient to bind the marinade together. - 2
Heat oil in a frying pan & switch from medium to high flame fry the marinated okra until crispy. Serve it hot.
