Steps

Soak fungus in water.Boil water in the pot together with the pork.Boil for three mins then wash pork and throw water.

Pour water in a pit and add all the ingredients exceot the white fungus.Cook it for an hour.Add the fungus 20 mins before done.Add salt to taste
