Naan bread and chicken and potatoes curry

In a small cup mix yeast with warm water and allow it to seat for 3-5 minutes. In a bowl add flour and tablespoon of salt and mix. Pour the yeast and mix altogether. Adding water and spoonful of oil. Until it is well mixed. Cover mixture with nylon or piece of cloth. For about 1 hour.

Boil potatoes and cut into chunks. In a wok or pan. Add oil and ginger/garlic, add scotch bonnet and sauté. Cut chicken breast into chunks or shred. Add into pan and continue to cook on low heat.

Add chicken stock and seasoning/spices to taste. Add curry. Add your boiled and cut potatoes (you can mash it to make the sauce thick) Cover to cook for a few minutes. Add carrots. Mix corn flour and add to thicken. Lastly add some chopped spring onions

For naan mixture. Knead for some more minutes. Finally cut into pieces and roll it a rolling pin don’t roll it too flat

Melt butter in a non stick frying pan. Cook on low heat each side for about 2-3 minutes.
