Pizza dough
50 mllukewarm water
1/2 tablespoonsugar
2 gdried yeast
150g~ bread flour
25 mlyogurt
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoonMirin,1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon starch powder

Steps

Dissolve sugar and dry yeast in lukewarm water. Mix vegetable oil, yogurt, baking powder and salt with bread flour, and mix with lukewarm water mixture. Knead dough until smooth and soft. Rest for 30 minutes.

Make teriyaki sauce. Cook ingredients until it’s thickened.

Fry chicken and mix with teriyaki sauce.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and apply mayonnaise.

Put teriyaki chicken and sliced onion.

Put as much cheese on top as you like. Bake in 220℃ preheated oven for 13 minutes.
