I tried to make quesadillas and they ended up being too big.

In large saute pan, cook the ground beef on medium heat until brown

Dice onion and bell pepper, add to pan once meat is cooked

Add taco seasoning and canned jalapenos and mix well

Add refried beans and mix well. Let mix simmer for a few minutes then turn off the heat

Put on a different on medium heat

Butter one side of a tortilla and place in butter down on the heated pan

Fill the center of the tortilla with 1/4 of the meat mixture

Butter another tortilla and place it butter side up on top

Fold the corners over like a crunch wrap and carefully flip it over. Let it sit for around 1 minute

Repeat steps 6-9
