Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Using a rolling pin, flatten the chicken cutlets on a floured work surface.

Set up three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Cut the turkey slices in half. Place two halves and a slice of cheese on each chicken cutlet, then fold to close.

Dip each cordon bleu first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake until golden brown.
