Steps

Add flour in a big bowl then add salt, ajwain & oil to it.Mix well with hand & then knead a little hard dough with little water at a time.

Divide the dough in very tiny portions. Make pedas of it. Roll it a little with rolling pin.*no need to roll it in a circle shape.

Make 8-10 pricks on it using fork (this will help prevent puffing during deep frying)

OR Make a big ball size peda with the dough... roll it & cut it in any desired shape.

Heat the oil... fry it on medium to high flame. Enjoy this with Tea,pickles or the way you like it.
