Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  • Puff pastry as required
  • 2 cupsWhipped Cream
  • 1/4tesp vanilla essence
  • Few drops red colour
  • 1beaten egg

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Roll the Puff pastry with rolling pin. Cut the Puff pastry sheet into long strips and roll on Cannoli Rod.

    Brush the beaten egg on the Puff pastry rolled strips.

    Bake at 250° for about 25 to 30 minutes. Then let them cool.

    Mix Whipped cream with vanilla essence and red food colour. Then fill the cream rolls and enjoy.
