Ingredients

25 minutes

  • 250 GramsApricot
  • 200 GramsSugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoonRed chilli flakes
  • Water as required

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak apricots in water few hours, then cook on medium flame until tender, mashed with masher

    Cook more 5 minutes and blend it in blender.

    Put again on flame add red chilli flakes, sugar,salt and cumin seeds.

    Cook until enough thickened and perfect consistency.
    Let it cool and save in a jar
