Steps

Peel and grate potatoes.

Wash with water and squeeze water with the help of hands.

Add all spices, coriander and gram flour. Mix well.

Heat up oil in frying pan and add small portion of mixture into it to fry.

Fry all pakoras until light golden.
- 6
Potato lacha pakora is Ready to serve.
