In a mixing bowl take the dry ingredients – gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.

Add water and whisk to a smooth batter without lump to make a medium consistency batter.

Wash and slice eggplant.

Dip the eggplant slices into batter evenly.

Heat up oil in frying pan and fry all dipped eggplant slices.
- 6
Eggplant pakora is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
