Ingredients

  1. 1 cup= chane ki daal
  2. 4-5big = onion slices
  3. 2 tbsp= chopped green chillies
  4. 2 tbsp= chopped green coriander
  5. 2 tbsp= chopped mint leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pinchzarda color
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chana daal for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Wash daal and blend with less water consistency should be medium thick and then add all ingredients, mix well

  3. 3

    Deep fry pyazo into medium hot oil on medium flame till golden and crispy. Enjoy crispy crispy pyazoo woth mint chutney or ketchup or yogurt raita
