2choppped onion
1choppped tomato
2choppped green chilli
1 tspginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,red chilli powder and garam masala
To tastesalt
As neededwater
3 tspghee
1/2 bowlChane ki daal / bengal gram
1/2 bowl maah ki daal/ black gram lentil
as neededSome coriander leaves

Steps

Take a cooker add daal, water salt and turmeric powder and boil it
2

Heat ghee in Kadahi add onion and saute it then add tomato, green chilli and saute it
3

Then add ginger, garlic paste and add all spices and mix it well
4

Add boiled daal and mix it
5

Add coriander leaves and serve it
