I soaked my 1 and half cup of rice for 3hrs

Then i cooked the other half cup over done

Then i drained the soaked rice and allowed the cooked to cool down before mixing them together and i add my 1 table spoon of yeast to the rice

Then i blended the rice together i added salt and baking powder with onions

Immediatly ur finish blending u will notice the rice has started raising so u just start frying it

Serve with pepper or vegetable soup
