  • Halfcabbage
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

    Prepare ingredients.

    In a sufuria, fry the onions till golden brown.

    Add tomatoes, green pepper, add salt and leave to cook.

    Add cabbages and mix well, leave to steam.

    Add lentils and mix well, cook for 3 mins.

    Serve with rice or chapattis
