Tasty chana chawal with green chilli

Put the soaked Chana and two cups of in cooker and heat it till cooker whistles 5-6 times. Now add salt, haldi powder in the cooker.

Now prepare rice. Firstly put the soaked rice along with water in a vessel and turn on the flame. Heat it till the size of the rice increases upto more than a finger nail.

Now prepare tadka for chana sabzi. Add oil in the pan and put the chopped onion in the pan. Heat it till it becomes brown. Now add garam masala in the tadka. Mix it well. Heat it till it becomes light brown. Now add chopped tomato in the tadka mixture.

Cook it for 10 mins and add this mixture into the chana. Mix it properly and close the cooker and wait for 2-3 whistle.

After some time chana and rice is ready. Serve it in the plate and garnish it with green chilli aside.
