Ingredients

  • Preboiled maize and beans
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Spices (optional)
  • Capsicum (green)
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions until translucent

  2. 2

    Add in the tomatoes your preferred spices and salt..let it cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Add in your githeri and cook for 7 minutes

  4. 4

    Add in some water to have soup, later add in your capsicums and cook for a minute and serve
