Mix all ingredients of koftay in qeema and grind it well till smooth add green chillies and dhania mix well make balls by applying little dahi on palms.

Make biryani masala
Put 1cup oil add onions, zeera, black pepper cinnamon stick, black cardamom and fry till medium brown. - 3
Add tomatoes and cook on low flame till mashed add dahi, add 1tbsp biryani masala add koftay and cook with out stirring spoon till they are firm /hard bhun lein green chillies dal ke sath now add 1glass hot water and cook covered on low flame till koftay are tender n cooked well add dhania Podina and garam masala, lemon juice. Your masala is ready. I have also added potatoes cut in big chunks and boiled in water with salt n food colour.

Boil rice with salt and spices. Till 1kanni done /80, %cooked, strain them now make layers for biryani, first add 2tbsp oil with little water on pan, than add half boiled rice than koftay masala than remaining rice, add orange food colour,mint n green chillies kewra essence some oil or ghee, close lid and put on hot tawa on dum on high heat for 5_6 mins than on low flame till steam is made. Keep it for more 10 mins.
