Soak oats in water and keep for 15 minutes.As it's difficult to digest like this so we soak them and then wash and crush them.

Now wash the oatsin a siever thoroughly and add in grinder,add suji,rice four little water and blend in blender.Blend nicely.Remove from mixer and keep aside.

Add salt to taste,dhania powder,you can add red chillies,chopped green chilli.I did not add.Mix well.Add cumin seeds.Make a semi thick batter.

Preparation of veggies to be chopped.Add in hand chopper onion pieces and chop, similarly chop tomato,grate carrots,finely chopped french beans.I added dry grated coconut too.

When all is ready.We add freshly chopped green coriander and freshly chopped mint leaves in batter.Add sesame seeds in batter a tsp.

Heat a grill pan,add cold pressed Groundnut oil.Make 2 small chillas,add veggies one by one,spread evenly.Cover and cook a little.

Cook all like these,when cooked on one side flip it over.Cook till veggies are grilled.Remove on plate.

Serve hot with green mint tomato chutney and tomato sauce.

Yummy Chillas are ready.Garnish with grated carrot and tomato wedges.

Serve with hot tea.
