Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 350 gramspotato
  2. 1/4+ 1/8 cup water
  3. 1/4+1/8 cup of semolina (suji)
  4. HalfTSP salt
  5. HalfTSP garlic powder
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tbspcrushed red chillies
  8. Coriander chopped handfull
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 2 tbspCornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and mashed 350gms potatoes

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil sauté chilli flakes

  3. 3

    Add in suji (semolina) bhonify for 2-3 mins

  4. 4

    Add in water and cook for 2 mins

  5. 5

    Add in boiled potatoes garlic powder and salt and cook until all the moisture dried up... (Pani bilkul na rahay ALU or suji achay sy mix Hun.. dough c ban jaye)

  6. 6

    Take out the mixture add cornflour in it

  7. 7

    Add in coriander and mix it well

  8. 8

    Now roll the dough.make desired shapes

  9. 9

    Fry in medium flame until. Golden brown
