Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  2. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  3. 2 cupbread crumbs
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. As neededOil for deep frying
  7. 200 gramcheese
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric (for marination)
  9. 1 teaspoonblack pepper (crushed) (for marination)
  10. 1 teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder (for marination)
  11. 1 tspmixed herbs (for marination)
  12. as per taste Salt(for marination)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl take paneer

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric,chilli powder,black pepper, mixed herbs and salt

  3. 3

    Mix well making sure all the spices are coated well to paneer
    And marinate Paneer for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Now prepare corn flour paste by taking corn flour, pepper and tsp salt in a small bowl

  5. 5

    Add some water and prepare smooth lump free batter.now dip marinated paneer into corn flour batter

  6. 6

    Roll into breadcrumbs coating all the sides
    dip the coated paneer again into cornflour batter and coat with breadcrumbs (double coating)

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil 
    keeping the flame on medium.

  8. 8

    Fry till the paneer turns golden and crisp.

  9. 9

    Paneer snacks is ready serve with tomato sauce and green chutney according to your taste
