I had crusts leftover from making sandwiches, so I cooked them and made rusks.

Remove the crusts and cook in a frying pan.

Remove from heat when they have browned slightly. Coat the crusts with sugar, making sure it doesn't burn.

When they are fully coated, they're done!!
