  • Big pineapple peel
  • Chopped Unpeeled Ginger1chunk
  • Date Syrup or honey
  • 1/2 CupLemon Juice

    Boil peel and ginger on low/ medium heat for 25mins,turn off heat,allow to steep or cool for 10-15mins,sieve,add natural sweetener and lemon juice,mix well,enjoy!
