Steps

Wash the chicken. Add it into a bowl.

Marinate with curd and spices.

Keep aside for a 30 mins

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the onion to it. Saute until light golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste and add marinated chicken to it

Roast it on a low flame until it has done.

Add coriander leaves to it. Cook for 5 mins more.

Coriander chicken is ready.
