Corn fritters

First wash and remove the corn kernels from the cob. I have removed kernels from cob with the help of knife.

Add corn kernels into the blender jar and blend coarsely. Transfer blended corn in the mixing bowl, add chopped onion, crushed green chilli- ginger-garlic, fresh coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, hing, fennel seeds and mix well.

Now add gram flour and mix well. (I didn't add water, we need thick batter).

Meanwhile heat oil in a wok, drop spoonful of batter in medium hot oil and fry the pakora till nice golden and crisp. Remove the fried corn fritters with a slotted spoon and drain them on peper towel to remove excess oil.

Delicious crispy corn fritters is ready, serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
