In a clean dry bowl Mix semolina, yeast,sugar and water to make a batter

Then cover and keep in a warm place,after like 30 mins it's would rise.

Add in your egg, onions,and baking powder mix and beat for 2 minutes.

Now the batter is ready but if the batter is too thick you can add little bit of water.

Then use a spoon to mix and beat the batter for like 2 minutes

Then scoop the batter to each hole using a cooking spoon, make sure you don't over fill it, flip it after 2-3 mins.

Remove from pan to a plate with a kitchen paper to drain excess oil

Heat your Masa pan in medium heat, and pour a teaspoon of oil to each hole

When the other side is golden brown then you Masa is done

Enjoy your Masa with yajin kuli kuli or pepper soup or with tea as a snack.

NOTE: if you don't have a non-stick Masa pan, you can use the local pan, it will come out perfectly.
Also you can add cooked rice to your mixture,is delicious and very soft.the inside will look like the rice Masa we know.
