Ingredients: 1 kg chicken; 1 onion chopped; 3 tomatoes chopped; 2 green chillies; 1 inch ginger chopped; 4-5 garlic cloves chopped or grated; 1 tbls red chilli; 1 tbls garam masala; 1 tsp haldi; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp zeera powder; Salt to taste; 1 tsp coriander powder; Ginger and colintro for garnish; 1/2 cup Oil; Water as required

This recipe is totally my own creation as you all know about Achanak wali Eid😉 so Eid second day in lunch I prepared it for our guests who came around 12:00pm even we are busy in breakfast...but it's not a hard and fast for me...I easily managed I thought this type of karahi in my mind ...so achnak sy jugard lagaya or bht e mazay ki masala karai tayar hogae 😋 sb ko bht passand aae

1onion chopped

1 tblsgaram masala
1 tsphaldi
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspzeera powder
Salt to taste
1 tspcoriander powder
Ginger and colintro for garnish
1/2 cupOil
Water as required

Wash your hand say bismiAllah and darood shareef.

Set all ingredients then Chopped all ingredients

Add oil in wok fry chicken with salt and black pepper then add ginger garlic and fry it for more 5m.

Add all spices and chopped Onion and tomatoes bonify it for 10m or until oil separate from chicken.

If needed add1/2cup water cover it for 5m until chicken set and tender...remove it from flame addJulienne cut ginger and colintro enjoy with roti,naan,or bread
