This 3 layer mango cheesecake is eggless, and will fulfill all your summer dessert dreams. This Mango Cheesecake is a complete and utter celebration of summer!

Peel the mangoes and make puree snd cut some mangoes.Take one big bowl add cream cheese and vanilla essence mix properly.

Take one small bowl add gelatine and water and warm it in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Let it desolve properly.

Take another big bowl and whip the cream and sugar until it becomes 60-70 % done.

Mix it with cream cheese mixture then add mango puree and mix well.

Add gelatine mixture. Mix it in the cream mixture and keep aside.

Take one cheesecake dish. Mash the biscuits and mix melted butter. Spread properly in the base and keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
After that put some cut mangoes on the biscuits and pour the mixture snd keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. - 7
Take one small bowl. Then take 1 tsp gelatine and warm water and microwave for 15 seconds. Add 2 tablespoons of mango puree. Mix well and pour this mixture on cream cheese cake and keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hour or until it sets perfectly.

Decorate it with fresh strawberries, mango snd mint leaves.
