For garlic chutney, Crush garlic and put in a blender add salt and red chilli powder and blend

Remove in a bowl add water and mix nicely now add oil and mix again, Garlic chutney is ready

In a mixing bowl add besan salt, garlic chutney, oil, crush ajwain seeds

Now add water little by little and mix the ingredients dont make paste just bring everything together

Now apply oil and make a soft dough

Divide in equal portions

Take a plastic sheet grease it with oil and spread one portion in end of palm very gently. Plastic sheets helps in easy spreading and lifting for frying

Heat oil in kadai, once hot reduce the flame and put the fafda

Repeat for remaining portions

Serve with fried chillies and garlic chutney
