Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise (4 tablespoons) with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) well.

Add the chicken cut into bite size to Step 1. Marinate for about 30 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium- low heat. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes with a lid on. Remove the lid and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.

When both sides are browned, its ready! Scatter the Butterhead lettuce on a plate and serve the chicken on top! To brighten the taste, squeeze lemon juice before serving.
