Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3boneless chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
  • 1 cupmayo
  • 3scallions (green onions), chopped
  • 3celery stalks, chopped
  • 1green apple, peeled and chopped fine
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsptarragon
  • 1 tbsplemon juice (keeps apples from turning brown)
  • 1salt and pepper, to taste

    Seperately chop apple and douse with lemon juice.

    Mix all ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Enjoy in sandwiches; or on crackers or fillo shells as an appetizer.
