Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 1/2liter milk
  • 2 packsheer khurma
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 Tspcardamon powder
  • Dry fruits as required

  1. 1

    Boil the milk,

  2. 2

    Add cardamon powder, sheer khurma pack and sugar and cook it for 8-10 mints on medium flame,

  3. 3

    Then add dry fruit and mix well,

  4. 4

    Now chill it and serve it.
