2 cupall-purpose flour
1 cupsugar
1 cupoil/melted butter
3eggs
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspvanilla essence
1/4 tspsalt
Green, Pink,Yellow food colours
Toppings
Icing sugar
Red cherries
Chocolate shavings

Beat together sugar,eggs,oil/butter,essence till smooth.sift together all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder. Add wet ingredients into dry and fold well without lumps

Divide the batter in 3 bowls.add few drops of green,pink,yellow food colour in each bowl respectively.mix well

Grease a baking mold.add pink colour batter first.then pour yellow and then green batter smoothly.lastly swirl the batter slightly with toothpik.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 25 min.then check with toothpik.if it comes clean.cake is done within.give 2-3 min top heat.

Dust some icing sugar over,with drizzling of chocolate shavings.add on red cherries.enjoy colourful Eid with your loved ones and team zafran cookpad
