Boil 1 liter ful fat milk on medium heat, slow down the gas keep storing so that no skin forms on top.

Now that the milk has reduced half keep stirring with a wooden spatula by this time you will notice that cream has stuck to the side, scrap back and stir well.

Now off the gas,and add bread pure and mix well, let it rest for 2_3 minutes,stir continuously so that no layer up on the milk.

Now add 100ml condensed milk and mix well by stirring constantly. Chop few almond,pistachio, and green elachi (removed the skin, just take the seeds)

Now add the almonds and pistachio mix well

Can you remember this kulfa mould now fill these moulds and air tight it with the covers......and refrigerator it for 4_6 hour and saffron sprinkle. Now Badami kulfa ready.
