1 loafVanilla sponge cake
1 small Tin Canned pineapple
500 mlWhipping cream
125 mlCondensed milk
2 tbspCustard powder
1/2 litreMilk
1 cup smallSugar
As RequiredJam to garnish
1 tbspVanilla essence

Firstly prepare custard by boiling the milk adding sugar. And add 2tbsp custard powder(mixed in chilled milk) stir to avoid lumps let it cool down then refrigerate.

Now whip the whipping cream add vanilla essence and condensed milk, keep aside.

Now take a dish cut and arrange cake pieces pour some syrup from the pineapple can. And add some chopped pineapple then put a layer of cream than custard and finally arrange pineapple pop some jam or jelly or some cherry as you like. Enjoy your piece of delight.
