Roll out the pastry and cut into good sizes

Grate the boiled potatoes, mix with the boiled mince meat and add spices. Bind.

Place some mixture onto the pastry and close making a pie

Place on a greased baking tray. Beat the egg and put some on the pie top layer only

Bake at 160' for 15 to 20 mins. Until color is golden brown
