Fry onion properly until golden to brown and keep them aside

Niw chop the tomatoes

In a grinder, grind fried onion, tomatoes, and yoghurt smoothly

Now take a pateela.. Add oil in it add ginger garlic paste, and pour in all the mixture and masala. Mix it well

In the gravy, add water potato cubes and frozen chicken balls together. Cover it for good 15 min..

When the gravy is thicken, and aalo is tender,lower the flame and keep it on low flame for 10 min so that oil is separated..salan is ready.
