Steps

Take a pan, add onions, tomatoes, green cardamom, black cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon stick, cloves, dry red chillies, cashews, garlic and ginger. Add water and bring to a boil and cook it.

Allow it to cool. Grind it to a smooth paste. Add water if reqd.

Now in another kadai, take butter and oil, strain the grounded paste and add it in the kadai. Cook for few minutes.

Add all the dry spices except kasuri methi powder. Cook the spices till its aromatic. Now add the diced paneer. Mix well. Add little water to get the reqd consistency.

Add salt and paneer. Mix it gently. Add cream and again mix it gently so that the paneer doesn't break.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with naan, paramtha or roti.
