Take a non-stick pan put 2 spoon oil

Add mustard seeds curry leaves and chili and saute for 1 min

Add chopped onion and fry it till get golden brown.

Add all the chopped veggies and salt and fry it very well

Add little bit of turmeric and fry it till it get reduced

Dont overcooked as we want some crunches.

Now add all three sauce in 3 2 1 ratio (tomato +chili+soya)

Mix it well and as a dash of vinegar in it

Not cut idli in 4 peice and add all in the pan

Mix it well for 2 minutes..with light hand

Your idli chilli is ready to serve

Have it with coconut chutney and garnish with Coriander leaves
