4pickled peppers
1cucumber
1romaine lettuce
1 bunchparsley
5green onions
Salad dressing: (adjustable to taste)
3 tbspmayonnaise
1 tbsphot sauce
1 tbsppomegranate sauce
2 tbsplemon juice
3 tbspolive oil
1 tspsumac powder
1 tspground black pepper
1 tsphot chili flakes
1 tspdried mint
2 tspsalt

Mix all the dressing ingredients in the bowl you want to make the salad.

Chop all the salad ingredients.

First add the salad ingredients in the bowl without greens and mix with the sauce well.

Add the greens and mix the salad gently. It’s ready to serve.
