Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tbsppowdered milk
  • Sugar as required
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, sift your flour, add powdered milk, sugar, salt baking powder, eggs, butter, water and whisk together thoroughly to make a batter.

    Grease your pan with oil, pour the batter and fry both sides on medium heat.

    Repeat this process until the batter finishes. Serve.
