Rinse the pork spare ribs (also called rib sticks) with salt, then place them in a pot of boiling water. Cook just until done, then remove and drain in a colander. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon each of garlic & onion seasoning, seafood seasoning, and smoked chili powder. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the ribs.

Let the ribs absorb the seasoning, then bake in the oven at 360°F (about 182°C) for 20 minutes until just crispy. Cut the ribs along the bone and arrange on a plate. Serve with hot sauce and ketchup.
