Steps

Soak sabudana for 7 to 8 hours and add water till the sabudana is soaked in water.Put oil in a pan & add cumin

Then add green chillies

Then add potato

Then add peanuts & ginger & mix well

Then in sabudana add salt, sugar, lemon juice & little red chilli powder

Then add this mixture in the pan & mix it thoroughly
Then close the lid & simmer for 5 minutes
Your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve - 7
If you eat coriander in fast you can garnish with it
