Add onions. Cook till light brown.

Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tender.

Add salt, lal mirchi powder, dhania powder, haldi n garam masala.

Mix well. Add soaked chana dal, chopped spinach

Mix it and add water upto level of chanadal.

Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.

When pressure is released blend it with wooden churner.

Transfer in serving bowl.

Now heat oil add chopped/crushed garlic n lal mirchi powder and pour over Da palak.

Serve hot with steamed/ Jeera rice / pulav.
